Our Whispers Of Renewal Retreat is open to both male and female travelers ages 21-35 years old.

Health Disclaimer:
A reasonable fitness level is required for participation. Please disclose any serious physical, mental, or emotional health conditions or whether or not you are under medical supervision, when submitting your application for this experience.

Pre-Planned Activities:
We've got a great schedule planned and participants are expected to participate in all pre-planned activities. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather or local happenings may shift our plans. We’ll always keep you in the loop!

By booking and participating in a Stone Brantley retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Upon acceptance to a Stone Brantley retreat, we require participants to sign a liability waiver.

This document outlines potential risks associated with retreat activities, travel, and personal well-being. Your signature confirms your understanding of these risks, releases us from liability, and signifies your agreement to prioritize your safety and allow us to use photos and videos for promotional purposes. It also grants consent for emergency medical treatment should the need arise.

Refunds:
Please be aware that the initial deposit to secure your spot is non-refundable.

However we understand that cancellations may occur.

In exceptional cases (injury, emergency etc.), a partial refund or deferral to a future retreat may be considered, subject to availability and approval and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Travel Insurance: (Recommended but not required)
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. Stone Brantley is not responsible for costs associated with cancellations, medical expenses, or travel disruptions if you decide not to purchase travel insurance on your own.

To ensure a cohesive and personalized retreat experience, spots are non-transferable. Each booking is carefully reviewed and confirmed based on individual applications.

Retreat Changes & Cancellations:
In the event of retreat cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat.

Stone Brantley is not responsible for travel-related expenses affected by retreat changes or cancellations.
